ELEVENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Eleventh Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of October 3, 2013, between GANNETT CO., INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Issuer” or the “Company”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, a national banking association duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the “Trustee” or “U.S. Bank”).
