364-DAY REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 23, 2022 among FORD MOTOR COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the Subsidiary Borrowers (as defined herein) from time to time parties hereto, the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties hereto (the “Lenders”), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as administrative agent, CREDIT AGRICOLE CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANK, as Lead Sustainability Structuring Agent, and J.P.
