THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 30th day of June, 2013, by and among Property Data Holdings, Ltd., a Cayman Islands company (“Stock Seller”), DataQuick Lending Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“DQLS”), Decision Insight Information Group S.à r.l., a Luxembourg private limited company (“Luxco” and, together with DQLS, “Asset Sellers”), CoreLogic Acquisition Co. I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Stock Buyer”), CoreLogic Acquisition Co. II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Asset Buyer I”), CoreLogic Acquisition Co.
