This SECOND AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) dated as of April 20, 2016, by and among FEDERAL REALTY INVESTMENT TRUST, a real estate investment trust formed under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Borrower”), each of the Lenders party hereto and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
