This TERM LOAN CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of August 25, 2021, (as amended by the First Amendment, dated as of March 21, 2023, this “Agreement”), among EQUIFAX INC., a Georgia corporation (the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
