This Lock-Up Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of September 1, 2021, and is between Southwestern Energy Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the undersigned (the “Holder”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Registration Rights Agreement (as defined below).

THIS REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 1, 2021, is by and among Southwestern Energy Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), each of the other parties listed on the signature pages attached hereto (the “Initial Holders”), the other Holders from time to time parties hereto, and Ibis Unitholder Representative LLC, solely in its capacity as the representative of the Holders (the “Unitholder Representative”).
