The purpose of this agreement is to encourage practices and behaviors that can help prevent employees handling food from spreading viruses and bacteria to food. Secondly, the parties agree to upholding the Red Cliff Indian Reservation’s RCCL 53 Food Code in its entirety. This agreement supersedes any previously dated agreement between these parties.
