THIS DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into between the City of Thornton ("City"), a Colorado municipal corporation, located at 9500 Civic Center Drive, Thornton, Colorado 80229; York 80 LLC and 152nd and York LLC (“Owner”) PO Box 247 Eastlake, CO 80614. The City, the Owner, and the Developer may be referred to herein collectively as “Parties” or individually as “Party.” Unless otherwise specifically provided in any section or subsection herein, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be effective upon recordation.
