This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) amends and is incorporated into the Dashlane Business Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) between Client and Dashlane USA, Inc. (or Dashlane SAS, where applicable) (each, together with all affiliates, “Dashlane”) only if Client or its Users provide Dashlane with Covered Personal Data (as defined below) in connection with Client’s receipt of the Services. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this DPA have the meanings provided in the Terms. If there is any inconsistency between this DPA and the Terms, this DPA will control.
