As the student's parent or legal guardian, I have read, understand and agree that my child shall comply with the terms of the District's Agreement for student's access to the District Computer Network and the Internet. I understand that this access is being provided to the students for educational purposes only. I agree that by this Agreement I will hold harmless and indemnify the school district for any fees, expenses or damages incurred as a result of my child's use or misuse of the Network, access to the Internet or computer equipment. In addition my signature below indicates that I have received, read and agree to abide by the policies contained in my school’s student handbook.
