This funding agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the Early Years Funding Entitlement. The information provided in the funding agreement is intended to make it clear and transparent to those providers wishing to enter into the Funding Agreement in order to deliver 2, 3 and 4 year old funded places. All providers of funded early education and childcare provision (to include Private, Voluntary, Independent and Maintained Sectors and hereafter referred to as the “Provider”) will be required to sign up to the agreement in order to remain eligible for funding and/or support from the Local Authority.
