This is a Water Oversize and Relocation Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Santa Rosa (“CITY”) and Barnes Road LLC for the purpose of relocating and constructing certain oversized water mains and reimbursing DEVELOPER for relocating and constructing certain oversized water mains installed by DEVELOPER and the reimbursement costs associated therewith.
