RECYCLING SERVICES (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the PHELAN PIÑON HILLS COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT, organized under the laws of the State of California (“District”) and CR&R, INC., a California corporation (“Contractor”). District and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
