THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Electronic Telco, a sole proprietor, and shall be deemed effective ten business days following the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Electronic Telco or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
