THIS LEASE is made as of the day of 2020, by and between Brevard County school Board, a government entity, existing under the laws of the state of Florida (the “Lessor”) and The United States of America, acting by its Secretary of the Air Force (the “Government” or the “Air Force”). The Lessor and the Government may sometimes be referred to jointly as the “Parties,” and each separately as a “Party.” The term “Lessor” includes its successors and assigns, if any. Lessee includes its assigns, if any.
