("BenVista") for this software product, consisting of software, including but not limited to all contents of this software, including any associated media, printed materials and online or electronic documentation (hereafter referred to as "Software Product"). The definition of this Software Product includes any software updates of and supplements to the original Software Product. If any parts of this Software Product have a separate EULA supplied with it, these parts are licensed to you under the terms and conditions of the EULA concerned.
