This is a Prescribed Fire Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between The Forest Stewards Guild, hereinafter referred to as the “Guild,” and the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Agency.” This agreement is to facilitate cooperation of the two parties in prescribed wildland fire activities. The Agency and the Guild shall be referred to individually hereinafter as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
