This Cooperative Activities Agreement (hereafter referred to as Agreement) constitutes the entire agreement between the covered school districts in relation to this subject matter and supersedes any and all prior understandings and agreements, oral or written, relating hereto. Unless specified by this Agreement, neither school district shall have authority to bind the other or is otherwise authorized to act in any way as a representative of the other unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, signed by both parties. Both parties have examined their respective policies and determined that nothing in those policies conflicts with this Agreement or have made necessary amendments to their policies as agreed upon by both local school boards to ensure consistency. Should, at any time, a local policy or negotiated agreement of a school district covered by this Agreement conflict with this Agreement, the local school boards should meet to amend this Agreement as agreed to by both local b
