This First Amendment to the Agreement for Investment Management Services executed September 21, 2010 (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between PFM Asset Management, LLC (hereinafter “PFM”), a Delaware limited liability company with an office address of Suite 1170, 300 Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 and The Florida College System Risk Management Consortium (hereinafter “FCSRMC”) by and through its fiscal agent, The District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College, Florida (hereinafter “COLLEGE”), a body corporate of the State of Florida (jointly referred to herein as the “PRINCIPAL”) and shall be effective upon execution by the parties.
