THIS DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM ("DPA") entered into by and between Ingram Content Group (as defined below) (“Ingram”) and the customer receiving services or products from Ingram (“Client”). This DPA shall be effective as of the first date Personal Data (as defined below) is provided to Ingram where such Personal Data is subject to Data Protection Laws (the “Effective Date”).
