("Company"), as of the date of such click or selection or agreement execution (or, if earlier, the date you first use Moon as defined below). You represent, warrant and agree that You are authorised to enter into this Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and the Customer Entity and to bind yourself and the Customer Entity to the terms and conditions herein.
