Your use of the DepositNOW Service (as that term is used and defined in this agreement) (i) constitutes Your agreement and acceptance of all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, (ii) has the same effect as if You (or in the case of an entity, its authorized representative) had signed this agreement with Your (or in the case an entity, its authorized representative’s) physical signature, and (iii) shall in all instances be subject to the terms and provisions of this agreement and disclosure. Your physical signature, electronic consent, or use of the DepositNOW Service is also Your acknowledgement that You have received a copy of this agreement. This agreement and your use of the DepositNOW Service is further subject to the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure—General Terms and Conditions and the Mobile Banking Services—Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and your use of the DepositNOW Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by
