This MOA outlines the mutually agreed upon elements of the high-intensity partnership between the Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) and the United Way of Dane County (UWDC) that carries out the Schools of Hope AmeriCorps Project - Elementary (SOH ES) tutoring program. This program is made possible by a federal grant of the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) and is monitored by Serve Wisconsin. Cash funding for the program is provided jointly by CNCS and UWDC, with some in-kind being provided by MMSD and the Sun Prairie Area School District.
