On April 28, 2015 the County entered into a three (3) year Small Utilities Enterprise License Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) to purchase ArcGIS desktop software for Utility Department Staff access to GIS software, data and analysis and support. The initial agreement was renewed on March 18, 2018 for an additional three (3) year agreement which expires on April 30, 2021. The ERSI License and support is exclusive to ERSI. Since the initial agreement the County’s use of the software has increased from the original Meter Counts of 10,001 to 50,000 Small Utility Term Enterprise License Agreement to the next level of Meter Count of 50,001 to 100,000 increasing the previous three (3) year cost of seventy five thousand dollars ($75,000.00) to the renewal cost of one hundred fifty one thousand four hundred fifty one dollars ($151,451.00).
