I, the member, have received a copy of the Clubhouse and Pool Use and Leasing Procedures, and understand that some or all of my security deposit will be withheld if these instructions are not followed, and if any damage is done to the facility during the time the key is in my possession. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, I will be responsible for any additional amounts. The procedures are attached to the Agreement which are made a part of this agreement as if set forth and repeated in it, and I understand my obligations under those procedures.
