This COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into this day of , 2014, by and between Orange County Flood Control District, a body corporate and politic, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” and San Bernardino County, a body corporate and politic in the State of California, hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY,” without regard to number or gender and sometimes referred to herein individually as “Party,” or collectively as “Parties.”
