This Master Price Agreement is issued under a cooperative agreement with The Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (“MMCAP”). MMCAP is a free, voluntary group purchasing organization open to government facilities that provide healthcare services, such as state agencies, counties, cities, school districts, correctional and public higher education facilities.
