This Maintenance & Support Agreement together with any Accepted Quote associated with it and all attachments referenced in either the Accepted Quote or this Maintenance & Support Agreement (collectively the “Agreement”), made between corporation (“you” or “Customer”) and Cray, govern your purchase from Cray, and/or your use of Maintenance & Support. “Cray” means Cray Inc., a State of Washington, USA corporation, or the Cray Affiliate identified on the Accepted Quote. “Cray Affiliate” means a direct or indirect subsidiary of Cray Inc.
