CalWORKs Employment Services (CWES) is Monterey County’s Welfare-To-Work (WTW) Program. Our goal is to help you become employed and move towards self-sufficiency for the financial well being of your family. A CWES Case Manager (CCM) is assigned to you and helps you prepare for work, find a good job or combine your current job with training that helps you work towards your employment goals.
