The Maternal and Child Survival Program (MCSP) is a global, USAID Cooperative Agreement operating in 24 high priority countries. The Program is focused on ensuring that all women, newborns and children most in need have equitable access to quality health care services to save lives. Liberia’s MCSP/Restoration of Health Services “RHS” program aims to renew the confidence of people in primary health facilities in their communities by restoring and bringing infection prevention and control (IPC) and reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH) services up to standard. Specifically, the project aims to contribute to the restoration of health services in 61 target facilities and the revitalization of family planning access and services nationwide. MCSP is being implemented in Liberia by Jhpiego in partnership with JSI and Save the Children.
