This Bus Shelter License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered this 1st day of October, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF BURBANK, a municipal corporation (the “City”) and Clear Channel Outdoor (the “Licensee”), whose principal place of business is 19320 Harborgate Way, Torrance, CA 90501. The City and Licensee are herein referred to individually, as a “Party”, and collectively, as the “Parties”.
