CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 1 day of January, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between AMPLIFIER NATIONAL SECURITY INNOVATIONS, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“ANSI”) and THE COUNTY BOARD OF ARLINGTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA, a corporate and body politic of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “County”). ANSI and the County shall each be referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
