AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of October 10, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as the Chicago Public Schools with its principal office located at 42 W Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60601 (the "Board” or “CPS”) and RideAlongNow, Inc. with offices located at 16 Arcadian Way, Suite C-1, Paramus, NJ 07762 (“Vendor”).
