This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between plaintiffs Thomas McGovern and Mollie McGovern, individually, and on behalf of all other similarly situated persons (“Plaintiffs”), and Defendant Erin Cartwright Weinstein, as successor to Keith S. Brin, in her capacity as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois (“Clerk” or “Defendant”). Plaintiffs and Defendant are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
