The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and Sherry Matthews, Inc., d/b/a Sherry Matthews Advocacy Marketing (“Contractor ”), who are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to the Work Order for Every Ounce Counts Campaign (the “Campaign”). Contract effective March 28, 2019 and denominated by HHSC Work Order No. HHS000250300001 (the “Work Order”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Work Order.
