PROPERTY ACCESS (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between (i) , (“Prospective Buyer”), and (ii) William Howell, as Special Master of the property located at 380 Westminster Street, Providence, Rhode Island, appointed in PC-2016-1947 in the Superior Court of Providence, Rhode Island (the “Special Master”). Special Master was duly appointed and confirmed by the Superior Court of Providence Rhode Island (the “Court”), in PC-2016-1947, is the Special Master for the Property (as hereinafter defined) (the “Court Order”).
