This Affordable Housing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the day of January, 2020 ("Effective Date") by and among CITY OF IRVINE, a California municipal corporation (the "City"), C & C DEVELOPMENT CO., LLC, a California limited liability company ("C&C"), and THE WATERFORD GROUP, a California corporation ("Waterford," and jointly, severally, and collectively with C&C, the "Developer").
