PRC is committed to implement its 13th Five-Year Plan (FYP) for National Economic and Social Development for 2016–2020 (National Development Plan) which is reinforced by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s Medium- and Long-Term Development Plan for 2016-2035 (IMAR RCI Development Plan). The Inner Mongolia Sustainable Cross-Border Development Investment Program (Investment Program) is an integral part of the IMAR RCI Development Plan. Both the IMAR RCI Development Plan and the Investment Program are described in Schedule 1 hereto.
