In consideration of Snow Summit, Inc., their employees, officers, owners, directors, affiliates and related corporations (hereinafter “Summit”), allowing Participant to participate in winter activities at Snow Summit or Bear Mountain (“Resorts”) with this discounted ticket it is agreed that:
