This MASTER LICENSE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT together with any Order Form or attachment hereto, is made as of the date of execution (the “Effective Date”) and comprises the entire agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Kaltura Europe Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England & Wales (“Kaltura”), and the entity accepting the terms of the Agreement via a signed Order Form (“Licensee”). Kaltura and Licensee are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
