CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT #Consignment Contract • December 21st, 2019
Auction House the property identified on the attached “Schedule A – Consigment Property” and on any additional receipt referencing this Consigment Agreement (the “Property”). Consigner authorizes Basel Auction House as its exclusive agent to offer the Property for sale at public auction, and agrees that Basel Auction House may in its sole discretion dtermine whether to divide the Property into saleable lots. For the purpose of this agreement, a “Lot” shall mean one or more items of Property that are offered for sale as a single unit.
