INDIVIDUAL STATE INDEMNIFICATION, RELEASE AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:November 19th, 2019
The parties to this agreement, hereafter “Company” for this INDEMNITY, RELEASE AND INSURANCE SECTION and hereafter “Customer” for this INDEMNITY, RELEASE AND INSURANCE SECTION agree that Customer will provide Company with Indemnification and Release along with Insurance as listed below for each state where any work or operations (hereafter “Work” or “Operations” for this INDEMNITY, RELEASE AND INSURANCE SECTION) are being performed. For example, if Work or Operations are being performed by Customer in New York or in Pennsylvania or in both states simultaneously, and an accident occurs in New York, the Customer will provide Indemnification, Release and Insurance to Company in accordance with the New York Indemnification and Release Provisions along with the Insurance Provisions below. If an accident occurs in Pennsylvania, the Customer will provide Indemnification and Release and Insurance to Company in accordance with the Pennsylvania Indemnification and Release Provisions along with t
