This Memorandum of Understanding (the "Memorandum") is made on by and between Silver Lining Transport Connect(SLTC), of 747 Wood Street, P.O. Box 283, Swansea, Massachusetts 02777 (hereinafter referred to as "Silver Lining" or SLTC) and Driver Companion (hereinafter also referred to as Driver”, “Driver Companion” or “DC”) for Silver Lining Transport Connect of (name and full residential address of DC) , (hereinafter referred to as "Driver" or “DC”) for the purpose of achieving the various aims and objectives relating to the Driving Companion service for Silver Lining /SLTC (the "Project").
