Whereas by a certificate issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board dated the 16th day of January, 1963 the Union is certified as the Bargaining Agent of all employees of the Company save and except foremen, persons above the rank of foreman, office and sales staff, and persons who comprise the outside erection crew and students hired for the school vacation period.
