THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the Arlington Independent School District (hereinafter referred to as "AISD") and the City of Arlington through the Arlington Police Department (hereinafter referred to as "APD", for the purposes of establishing and maintaining the terms under which the APD shall provide AISD with services performed by the AISD Police Academy Officer (hereinafter referred to as "HRO") and the compensation which shall be paid to APO by AISD for services.
