These terms and conditions constitute the agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Pinnacle Bank (“the Bank”) with respect to access to and the use of Pinnacle Bank’s Mobile Banking (“the Service”). By applying for the Service, you authorize the Bank to follow your instructions in the use of the Service. Your use of the Service
