This Memorandum of Understanding (hereafter called “MOU”), recognizes that United Way of Citrus County (hereafter called “UWCC”) and Annie Johnson Service Center, Inc. (hereafter called “Community Partner”) are autonomous entities drawn together through the shared goal of utilizing available resources for the greatest impact on Citrus County. The parties understand that this is a voluntary relationship requiring teamwork, understanding and cooperation for the benefit of the entire community.
