This Consumer TOS governs your access to and/or use of the website, [petesfresh.com], any mobile versions and/or applications related thereto, products, services and any sites Retailer has now or acquires in the future (collectively, the “Services”), including without limitation as it relates to allowing you to view Retailer’s store information, specials, promotions and coupons. You also agree to Retailer’s Privacy Policy, located at https://petesfresh.s3.amazonaws.com/ClientImages/Petes_Privacy.htm and consent to any personal information we may obtain about you being collected, stored and/or otherwise processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and this Consumer TOS.If you do not agree with this Consumer TOS and Privacy Policy, you must not use the Services.
