SERVICE ORDERService Order • November 7th, 2020
This Service Order shall serve as an addendum to the Services Agreement entered into by and between comScore Europe Limited and its Affiliates (collectively “comScore”) and The Cabinet Office, a successor in interest to Central Office of Information (collectively the “Client”) dated 25th June 2010 (the “Original Agreement”). Except as specifically set forth in this Service Order, all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Original Agreement will continue in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms of this Service Order and the Original Agreement, the terms of this Service Order will govern.
