This Agreement to form and create a union municipal district, known as the “Chittenden County Public Safety Authority,” is adopted pursuant to 24 V.S.A., Chapter 121, and is by and among those municipalities, listed below, that approve the Agreement by majority vote of their respective voters and in conformance with all other applicable legal requirements: Burlington, Colchester, Essex, Milton, Shelburne, South Burlington, Williston, and Winooski.
